Quest offer
The Sigil of Penetration is infused with powerful magics. Upon using its energy, you will find yourself able to pierce deeper into tough armor. If you desire this sigil, I will require five Bright Dream Shards. I will also require a Fading Dream Fragment. I cannot just give it away without proof of your deeds here in Hyjal.
On return
Have you brought the Dream Shards adventurer?
Turn-in
<Vaenar looks upon the Dream Shards, lost for a moment.> You've done well, I am true to my word. Take this Sigil, and may its power prove useful to you.
