Quest offer
You have done well in acquiring this Font of Arcana. However, before we can proceed, I need materials of a magical nature. The Font of Arcana cannot be wielded naturally without draconic magic, and therefore, I must channel enchanting materials with my own magic to power the Font. Bring me a Large Glowing Shard, which is a common Enchanting material, and we can continue our work.
On return
The Arcane Font pocesses great power that cannot be wielded by magic alone.
