<You assume what you are seeing is a smile on the Earthen's face. The rough gemstone from the giant's body looks tiny in his broad hands. A nod, that's all he offers, before motioning for you to kneel down once more. Upon placing his palm on you again, you see things a lot more clearly now, although the procedure is still taxing on you. Three gems manifest themselves before your inner eye. Luckily, you recognize them: an emberstone, a star ruby, and a citrine. The next thing you see are the same gems getting cut into a facet you have never seen before. Watching intently, you memorize the movements. The wisdom is ingrained in your mind.>
On return
<Thegren continues his crafts, paying you no attention.>
