Quest offer
<Rufus opens a small tin box filled with black powder, before taking a deep, deep sniff with his big nose. A satisfied sigh escapes him.> Don't let Gillian know I keep this stashed, otherwise I'll be on latrine duty again. What a mess, I'm telling you! I heard good ole Noppsy asked for your help? You don't mind me asking you for a favor as well? Believe it or not, but the SI:7 doesn't do only jobs of the silent kind. No, no. Infiltration and sabotage go hand in hand, and I'm the man if you want to see things go BOOM. The old fortifications of Balor are mostly decrepit and wide open, but they still offer a significant advantage to our enemies. Place these near the broken watchtower and their camps at the old battlefield. They'll be ready once the time is right!
On return
Too bad I won't be able to see those beautiful explosions through all of this fog. I guess their sound will have to suffice for now.
Turn-in
Ohoho, fine handiwork, friend. Those demon-hugging orcs will be in for a surprise once we press this detonator here and all the explosive goodness is just flying all around them! <Rufus' eyes are full of glee, to the point where he appears like an overly joyous bearded child.> Ho, this reminds me of that one time I almost blew up the Dwarven District in Stormwind. I'll share the story with you over an ale after we're done brooding over this blasted island. An honest dwarven promise!
