Do you remember the torch I crafted to expunge the demon Xandivious out of the Winterfall Chieftain’s cave? If we want to draw out that despicable monster Peroth’arn out of hiding, then we will need such a torch again, but immensely more powerful. For that, a purging flame is required. Deep beneath the earth’s crust lies the Molten Core. Magma rivers and scalding stone fill the caverns, while fiery elementals spread chaos among themselves. In this place, a flame of greatest purity can be found. Only a blaze of that intensity will be enough to ensure our plan is a success. Bring it and twenty logs of Star Wood to me. Both are necessary to create a strong enough torch.
On return
Please remain cautious. The Molten Core is a treacherous place, and your allies cannot be prepared enough for the dangers inside.
Turn-in
Marvelous! The purest of blazes, a primordial heartbeat resonates within this inconspicuous ball of flame. No evil in this world or any other can hide from its revealing light. Hero, it is time. We will erase the darkness from within Timbermaw Hold once and for all.
