Quest offer
It has been weeks since we have heard word from Moonhoof Village, the flow of celebrators seems to have slowed to a crawl. Our worst fears may have been realized. The very plains of Moonwhisper Coast have become too dangerous even for travel. I need you to investigate what has happened. Three caravans were expected, and none have arrived. Please, check the road from here and to the southeast towards Moonhoof Village, find the caravans, and return to me once you have found the truth. I do also know that one caravan stopped at a nearby camp just off the road. Make sure to check there as well.
On return
Do you bring news? Be it good or bad?
Turn-in
So, it is as I feared... <Torgan the Wise takes a moment, his face filled with sorrow, and dread.> May their spirits pass peacefully to their ancestors. I do hope they met a quick, and merciful end. These poor individuals were only travelling here to celebrate, and now have only found brutality.
