Quest offer
There are still tasks that need to be completed for the festival to begin, and for this I will need some diligent hands. First I need to fashion a headdress made from the feathers of local creatures. They can be found all across Moonwhisper Coast. I will require six Azureshimmer Feathers from the Hippogrpyhs, and six Moonstrider Feathers from the Plainstriders. I must ask you, be careful with the feathers. They are somewhat delicate and can be damaged beyond use.
On return
I must remind you, be gentle with the feathers when they are acquired, they are delicate!
Turn-in
<Elder Starstrider gazes upon the feathers with aged and cold eyes, scanning them for imperfections> Hmm... They are not in perfect condition, but they are good enough.
