Farmer's Guidebook: Surviving on the Land!

Before you reap your harvest you sowing seeds and foster them with care. First and perhaps an easiest one to start with will be Pumpkins. You will need some of those Pumpkin Seeds from ripe enough Pumpkin you can find. Nearly every farmer in the fields gather only ripe Pumpkins and extract new grown seeds for the next harvest.

Second would be very similar, however a bit more complicated to tend to - watermelons. To grow some you will need seeds as well and the place to find them is very similar. Some farmers specialize on that sweet giant berries and grow only them. They are not many and very well known across all Eastern Kingdoms.

More than interesting and absolutely another story is mushrooms. Yes, you can grow these too! Alas, mushroom spores are pretty special and differ greatly. You will have to search for those who have dedicated their lifetime for such study. Mushrooms grow well if tended right. Sometimes they grow as pest and should be avoided at all costs. Be very careful.

Last thing you'd be able to grow on your own with the same technique is the Mountain Berry seeds which are known to grow on natural hills, alas, the world is filled with hills not every hill is good enough for these berries. Not far from Durnhold Keep I had my chance to trade with one of the Wildhammers and I've managed to buy a hefty amount of such seeds. No idea where he got them, but all seeds were in great shape, fertile and fresh, so I can only assume it's not too far from that spot. You will have to search. Be careful there, area is dense with fierce wildlife and gruesome monsters should you stride too far.
